Fredericia （フレデリシア） 〜3days of design〜

さて、”3 days of design”2日目突入です。今日はデンマークを代表する家具屋 Fredericia, Hay, Fritz Hansen, Muuto, Montana, イタリア大使館、スウェーデン大使館などを周ります。

まずはじめに入ったのはFredericiaです。普段はアポイントメントを取らないとショールームの中を見ることはできないのですが、今回は一般に公開されています。

Fredericia は1955年にフレデリシア・ストールファブリックを買収して始まったデンマークを代表する家具メーカーです。名匠デザイナーの作品を次々に製品化し、現在では、世界最高の家具メーカーとして伝統を守りつつも新しい製品を生み出しています。

では、さっそく中を覗いて見ましょう！

Well, today is the 2nd day of “3Days of Design”.

Firstly I am going to visit Fredericia, which is one of famous furniture companies in Denmark. I could say Danish representative brand.

Fredericia is founded in 1955 and they produce very traditional but new very sophisticated design. Now it becomes a world class brand.

I felt lucky because normally you have to have an appointment to see the showroom.

So, let’s see get inside!

建物の４階と５階がショールームになっていて、４階は旧型のテントがたくさん張られていて、博物館のようになっています。

This showroom located on 4th and 5th floor of the building in central Copenhagen. On the 4th floor, there were many dome shaped rooms and it was like a museum. Each room had furniture with a different concept.

４階は奥にさらに部屋があります。

You can see more room on the 4th floor.

そのブースも本当に素敵で写真を撮るのが止まりません。もちろん最高の家具たちに加えて色合いや展示の仕方までパーフェクトです。

さらに５階にショールームがあるので階段を登ります。

わお、素敵！！

コペンハーゲンが見渡せる窓が一面広がっている明るい空間が広がります。

This room was also awesome and I could not stop taking pictures. Not only furniture but also how they decorate were perfect.

Then let’s see the 5th floor.

Wow!

It is a roof top room and you can see the showroom with an amazing view.

クロワッロンとコーヒーをいただいて景色と展示を見ながらゆっくりさせてもらいました。

本当にさすがという空間作りでしばらくOh My Godと言うのがとまりませんでした。

ついつい長居してしまいましたが、まだまだ他にもたくさんあるので、次のショールームへ向かいます。

We had a croissant and a cup of coffee. We could not leave because of such a nice location.

I do not know how many times I said Oh my God in this showroom. But I have to go! There are more places to see.
